I have a new obsession! The tv series Moonlight and Mick & Beth. So I have a new layout featuring them and I looove it! Not made by me though, all credit goes to mercscilla.

As for other news, I have had a lot on my mind. My mum has had another heart attack we think (She has had 3 before). And as she is so stubborn and has the biggest fear of hospitals, she refused to go in. We had the emergency doctor come out the other day(who took 2 hours to get here) and she upped her heard medication dosage. Today she went to the hospital to see her heart specialist and he did tests, xrays, and ECG etc. He said she isn't too bad anymore luckily, and the fluid on her lungs is clearing nicely, and she needs to go back to her normal medication dosage, and rest for a few more days. But she should be fine. It is such a relief, I have been so worried. So now, we just have to make sure she continues resting.

So it's been a loooong time since I wrote here. I have had no motivation.

Well, what is new? First, I am going to be an aunt! My sister Hollie is 4 months pregnant. I have spent so much on baby clothes already, even though it isn't my baby.

I am so happy for Hollie, but she still pisses me off. I am so upset and wound up right now, just 10 minutes ago I was crying. I can't be bothered to write all the details as I am lazy, but I am fed up with being taken advantage of and always having to change my plans to suit her. And of course, my parents stick up for her, she has always been my mums favourite, no matter what she says.

Nothing else is new. Loving the news shows atm, make sure you all watch Pushing Daisies, Chuck and Gossip Girl, as they are all great.

Well gonna go now, lol :)

Does anyone on my flist have a laptop? My monitor, LCD, TFT, whatever you call it, LOL, desperately needs cleaning! However, I have read on the Internet that you have to use certain solutions, and wipes etc to clean it with, but everthing I read says something different. And I really don't want to break my screen.
So what do you use? :)

Why do all my favourite shows have to get cancelled? :( Especially so near my birthday :(

I went over Kelly's last night. I forced her to watch Pippi Longstocking! And she liked it! hehe I have the DVD collection and it is so good. Well we laughed at most of it, but it was still good.

I am hungry right now---I may go get something to eat. Oh and I am bored, and most of my TV shows aren't on until next month so I can't even watch them :(

Had a great couple of days. I went over to Kelly and Gemma's and we watched TV and just had fun. Then last night I went over again and we watched Lost, Desperate Housewives and Gilmore Girls, so I had fun then too!

Now I am bored, so I think I'll go watch TV. I have downloaded Grey's Anatomy, so I'll watch that soon :)

Oh and today is Lauren Graham's birthday, so happy birthday to her. She is one of my favourite actresses ever!

I am bored. It's been a boring few days, but busy. If that makes sense, lol I have been busy doing some stuff for my sister, but it's boring doing it.

Anyway, I just thought I'd write here as I haven't for a while. I did buy a domain name for my Calista forum which I have wanted to do for a long time. Glad I finally have.

Went over Kellys on Thursday and watched Gilmore Girls...we have nearly finished season 4 there. Although I have seen them all but my sister hasn't. Speaking of Gilmore Girls, I am really loving season 7. I wasn't liking the whole Christopher storyline but now he has gone, I am really loving the episodes! Just wish we had more Luke/Lorelai.

I think I might go watch some random episodes of it in a while.

Does anyone on my flist know if and when the Peoples Choice Awards will be shown on UK TV? I really want to see it!!

I have photoshop 7 and although I cannot create art/wallpapers etc as it is too difficult for me, I do make icons. Well I have only recently start practicing extra hard. Apart from the color balance, curves and brightness/contrast, is there any other way to colourize icons differently? I see so many icons around with lovely colours but I can't do it!

Also does anyone know how to put the coloured edge around pictures...like in this picture, for example?

I feel ill. I was ok yesterday..I was at Kelly's last night. But then she woke me up at 12:30 today as we had to go, and I have a really bad headache. I took some painkillers, and an ibuprofen which usually works, but it hasn't. I thought it was getting better but it hasn't. So I had a coffee which sometimes helps, but that hasn't worked either, it has made me feel sick.

I am going to rest for an hour and see if it helps.

Oh and just a random note...I really want the Desperate Housewives PC game but I have read it doesn't work in a lot of peoples computers, so I don't know if I should risk it.

Thanks for the Christmas wishes on my last entry. I had a great Christmas, I hope you all did too!! I have been super busy since then...celebrating with my family, and then spending a few days with my sisters and staying out over their flats. So that is why I haven't been around much. If you sent me an email, I will reply to it soon, as soon as I am caught up with everything.

I got Superman Returns DVD and the Nintendo DS game (yay!!!) for Xmas, and I really wanted them. I was wondering, does anyone know where I can download any of the earlier Superman movies? I am so desperate to see them, or even just one. Because I really want to buy this, but don't want to spend my money incase I don't enjoy the older movies as much! I haven't looked on torrents yet, mainly because my computer with the torrent client on it isn't cooperating with me (it needs a big tidy). But if there's a torrent, could you point the way to it? Or if it is on one of those free server things, I wouldn't mind that either. Thanks!!

Thanks for all the comments about the pop ups on my last post. I haven't had to chance to reply to them all, but I have read them and took your advice. I did more scans and removed something from my add/remove programs, and the pop ups have gone. Yay!!

Anyway, I want to wish everyone on my flist a very merry and safe Christmas! I hope you all enjoy it, however you celebrate :)

Can anyone on my flist help me? I have recently been getting pop ups. Not the ordinary type though. I have a pop up blocker which works good and have done many scans with different programs to delete spyware. The strange thing about these pop ups, is that they just appear out of nowhere, even when I am not visiting any websites, which I don't understand. Especially since I have scanned a billion times over for spyware. The pop ups seem to relate mostly to dating. Any ideas how to stop them?
As I say, they aren't when I am visiting websites...my pop up blocker stops those. It is mainly just when I am doing nothing.

Does anyone know if there is a way on a community that I own, to make it so comments by people have to be approved? I am not talking about the topics that are posted...just the comments. There's a certain sick individual that I would like to stop commenting, and I can't block the IP address as he has many.
Any help would be appreciated!

Maybe I am just extra sensitive today, but I just don't understand why people have to be so rude.

I finally had enough money to buy Smallville series 5 DVD! It arrived today. I am disappointed though, because they have changed the packaging. I know it may seem silly, but most of you know I am a DVD Boxset collector and I like my boxsets to match and look pretty on my shelf, LOL. But now series 1-4 of Smallville are in these fold out cases, and series 5 is 3 DVD cases in a box. So now it doesn't match! They did that with series 3 of Lois and Clark too. Oh well, at least I can watch series 5 again! My parents are going out today, so I think I'll watch some Smallville and Grey's Anatomy.

My series 2 Grey's Anatomy boxset arrived today! I am sooo happy, I can't wait to watch it :)
